exposure push, crop, saturate, curve, usm
green is from a back ground spot light

6omm micro is on a bellows

ghost is from the light bulb glass (hard to avoid)

Is this what I think it is? If so you should be doing science photography, now that's a macro and that is shallow DOF. Nice Job.
