A bit too shallow, I'd have liked all of the stem to be in focus instead of the tip only. 7.

3 - Mainly for the potential. Like the concept, good colors. Criticism; if that pistil/stigma were nice and sharp, even if nothing else were in focus, would have made this much better in my opinion. Perhaps a variation in the composition too, with a little more space on the left and a tighter crop on the right, may have also made this better, not sure.

Definitely a lot of DOF there, but the subject in focus is almost too small for the picture - it's getting minimized by the background blur. Meets the challenge very well, but not as appealing to me (JMO).

This could have been amazing but the focus/attention just isn't quite there on the pod(? Not sure what that thing is called).
