That is one nasty looking fish alright. Bit overboard on the black areas for my tastes and maybe if it was a bit more in focus.

Open mouth is good, but poor focus is distracting and keeps it from being sinister, and thus making one fearful.

A little hard to tell this was a fish at 1st glance but a very unique and intriguing capture none the less

interesting...but at first glance i could not figure out what it was...in fact I didn't see what it actually is untill I read the title...

This is so incredibly disturbing. If it were up to me, it would ribbon, because it really brings across the frightening nature of the phobia. It reminds me a bit of the ideas behind anorexia, where someone looks in the mirror and thinks they look fat when in truth they are emaciated...here I can see someone looking at a poor guppy or goldfish and envisioning this horrendous monster...
