I disagree with Mandy's suggestion on the crop, I would rather crop a little from the bottom, say just above the logo on her sweater. I like how her face draws attention from the rough surroundings.

I love the grainy look, I like the desaturation and I really like how she is looking off to the side. I would suggest to crop off some of the top, the crop you have now makes her appear very short, I would also place the subject off center to make it more interesting.
