Oh my goodness. This is absolutely wonderful. Unusual and each child has his/her own frame. Truly a great image with wonderful emotion, contrast, content, etc, etc.
I didn't think about it right away but I've studied Doisneau's work a little and I completely agree with elee. Wonderfull capture of different and fun expressions and a good choice for black and white. Such a fun image to look at.
Love this! Robert Doisneau's images of childhood spring to mind even if it's unintentional. Entering the Tribute challenge has gotten me in the mood of classic greats :)
