Concept is nice, would liked to have seen the candle a little more straight though. I keep looking at it and praying it doesn't fall over. ;-)

this is nice and calming....
the lighting is 2 different colors tho which kinda is bothering to my eye...maybe using mirror as a fill to only light the subject with the true candle light....don't know could be very affect that way....GL

Nice props and idea! The shot would have looked much better with the glasses in focus, the candle a little more straight and the book opened right at the center page to even out the two sides.

I would have preferred his image without the candle being seen, as the soft light on the book and glasses & tinsel is so good.

Something a bit unnatural about the flame at the top of the candle. Perhaps because you can't see much of the candle itself, making the flame look very large.

where is the light on the book coming from? It tends to throw my eyes a bit.
