		| | Nice composition. I would have liked to seen this without the angle and more exaggeration of the perspective. |

		| | I like it... different, but that's not a bad thing. That you turned it sideways gives pause for a hmmmm...... I think had it been left horizontal it would probably not caught my as quick. Love the little bubbles within that are reflected by the candle. I also keep waiting for them to roll off the table... then we could hear... 'I've lost my marbles!' :-) |

		| | Something about this makes me uneasy... like I have to be ready to catch the marbles as they roll away! But.. I think that's what makes me keep coming back to look at it. Well done! |

		| | Really like the marbles and the glow. Not usually a fan of big tilts, but it really works here. 9 |

		| | Nice composition and setup.
I would have personally prefered the shot (and hence rated it higher) if the candle was more in focus

		| | Interesting concept. I'm not sure I care for the angle of this shot. |

		| | 6 - Met the Challenge quite well in my opinion - "Use candlelight to create the impact of your photo.". Criticism; don't mind the rotation (your call obviously), but given the composition, includiing reflections/refractions, I wonder if a more 'symmetrical' and horizontal/vertical framing would have worked better. Good use of marbles, like to see a little more detail in them (candlelight effect mostly), including the reflections/refractions on the 'surface/base', 'using' them even more. The choice of a glossy 'wood grain' base 'works' but wonder if a more 'neutral', or just less glossy surface may have been better - but then you may have lost some of those effects so who knows. A little grainy in the top areas. Overall if the candle were more subtle (difficult I know) and the 'effect(s)' more dominant, would have made this better in my opinion. |
