We tried to buy a tree today (at Japan Toys R Us) but decided to try another place another day because they have cheaper ones in their catalogue. But we came away with a few decorations (not with this Challenge in mind), and some snowman wrapping paper which I used as a backdrop (reversed, of course).

This shot doesn't do a whole lot for me. It seems like it lack punch and needs more than just a plain whit background. Also which item is the subject, they don't seem to be related, at least to me. The lighting is nice and even though without out any blown out highlits and it is in good focus so there are good thinkgs about it also.
