 A little girl I saw who saw me.

not bad for handheld...

Sometimes, you edit something, walk away, come back, and scream! my monitor warms up or something cause I noticed quite a few editing issues with the previous version. Hopefully they are fixed...

Looks better to me. I noticed them too, but didn't say anything because monitors can be so vastly different. Looks good!

I like this very much! The softness of the colors against the black is perfect here. The negative space really enhances the sense of vulnerability in this image. Nice job!
