** Greetings from the Critique Club **
An interesting take on this difficult challenge. While many people seem to dislike centered subjects, I find this works well here. The focus and DOF are well executed. The only problem I see with this is the overall darkness. It makes it hard to see what you were shooting. To be honest, it was not until I read your comments that I realized what you had done.
