Beautiful clarity. You might be able to get around the compositional problem by pulling in the sides and going for a completely daring crop and centering the subject. If your going to print, a double layered mat in a dark brown (inner mat) and a taupe (outer mat) might really add a dramatic feel of depth to highlight all that gorgeous texture.
Just thoughts. Great shot. |

No chance for re-crop as this is the full, untouched, original shot. One of a series, but I agree that the placement could have been better.

Good Clear shot of the Pelican. Off center would have more impact. Can you go back and re-crop? |
