Composition: 3, I was caught looking for something special in the main portion of your shot, and then was directed to the miniscule little star by your title. It's not supposed to work that way. Sorry.

it looks just the faintest bit blurry, and the composition seems just the tiniest bit unbalanced -- like if you'd stepped two yards to your left or one to your right maybe. Pretty light though.

Probably a planet, but that's ok. Lovely colors, but the streetlamps seem too bright to the point they look out of focus.
