 I know this shot is not a good clean shot but I was rushed because I didn't want this man to see me taking it. I thought it looked like a classic "man on the john" shot though.

I like the layout, even though your main focal point was off. It looks like your autofocus was centered and "grabbed" the wrong focal point.
