Used a 1000W hot light with a dimmer to light from above. Had to cover up most of the front of the light with aluminium foil to get a sharp shadow. Everything else is pretty simple. A piece of paper as the background and a pin through the paper to hold the feather.

Used Neat Image.

- Contrast

Nice idea. Perhaps you could of off-centred it a little for a bit more impact. The shadow/reflection works really well. Great work.

I love the shadow. IT's as if it's a quill about to write itself. I might make it less centered, but the overall image is impactful and I like it. 7
