These fellows were putting in a new water system while rebuilding a city street. They seemed to be very intent on getting it right. Taken hand held.

Nice colors and clarity, you certainly get the feeling of these guys "working" in your photo. The "tilted" yellow truck is the one thing that bothers me.

I like how you have composted this shot. The men and the pipe form a nice trianlge of sorts arount the rule of thirds. The lighting is a little bright.

Nice clear picture and definately meets the challenge. Might have been better to take the picture the other way or at an angle where you can see the faces of the men, but this works okay too. 7 Good luck in the challenge.

There's a distracting shadow (of you?) falling on the vehicle at the front. The shadows are a bit harsh in general.
