This is the main temple in the ruined city of Vijayanagar. One of the things that makes this location so interesting is that the surrounding hills are made up of huge granite boulders.
I believe the empire of Vijayanagar ruled over all of Southern India from 14th to 16th centurys. A very beautiful and humbling place.

Lovely, lovely image. Beautiful, serene tonal balance. Consider adding a very slight gradient to the top of the sky, to balance and contain the image further.
