Big man or little boat? That is the question. |

I really love this photo conceptually. The pose is perfect. The boat looks impossibly small and adds to the sense of vastness of the water. Unfortunately, the figure and boat look over zoomed and flat. |

This a fantastic picture ... just acouple of comments. The boat is centered the rule of thirds would make this pop. Also probably the wrong challenge ... I tried to see the land. |

A boat on the water does not say landscape to me. |

that's a very cool photo. Not a landscape, though. |

Very minimalistic. I like the composition of the shot, but I think it would have more interest if the water had a bit of color in it. Perhaps try taking a shot like this at sunset? Cause I think you've got something with the small boat in a large picture...really gives the feeling of the magnitude of the water. |

Landscape? Seascape? I thinnk that there is a difference! Unless the boat is stranded on a salt-pan! |

You made your impact. More foreground would help the idea. |

The guy in the boat is saying, "What? There used to be a huge island here. Landscape no more..." |

You should have saved this shot for the next Minimalism challenge... |

lost in grey is right. too much grey! would look better cropped. there's no land in sight, either...so it doesn't really meet the challenge very well. |
