Challenge: Landscape II (Basic Editing III)
Camera: Pentax *ist DS
Lens: Pentax A 28mm f/2.8 MF
Location: Antietam Battlefield, Sharpsburg, MD
Date: Nov 5, 2005
Aperture: f/8
ISO: 800
Shutter: 1/800
Galleries: Sky, Landscape
Date Uploaded: Nov 6, 2005

Photo was taken lying on my back on the ground, camera upside-down on my chest so I could see the viewfinder. Also, this is actually sunset - sunrise just sounded better for the title. Contrast, Levels, and cropping are the modifications.

This is interesting. I did not see this when I came to visit. Your sun is very good in the photo. I wish some rays were present. The yellow underlight on the cloud is nice. Maybe a little less sky.

They say if you can hold a photo upside down and it's still good, that it's a great photo. This one works and the idea is both creative and funny. 10

Beautiful sunrise. However, without mentally flipping this picture and taking it as it is, I just can't give it the score it deserves. I am unsure whether it is a reflection or not, it would be easier to tell if there was some point of reference.
