Critique Club:

As I said in my original comments, your subject is so small that it is hard to see what you mean to be the subject here.

A lot of this picture is dark and loses detail in the shadows, while the sky is overexposed and also has no detail.

I like the myriad of colors you have presented and I think the shot was worth a better score than you got. keep shooting and practicing your exposures, especially in natural light.

Each person is so small in the frame that it's hard to see what is the main subject. This is a very busy shot. The white sky is difficult to deal with and overpowering, as well.

This is a very busy scene - distractingly so. The lights (is that what they are?) draw my eyes away from the workers, 2 of whom are solidly in shadow and harm to make out in any case. I wonder if it could have been tightened in with a smaller crop, perhaps around the one person who is clearly-lit, at the end of the conveyer.

There's too much wasted dark space in the foreground, those lights look really interesting its a pity you couldn't get closer to the people to show more detail

May have been stronger to capture one or two people a little closer... I found it a little hard to identify what the subject was with all of the surroundings.
