As I said in my original comments, your subject is so small that it is hard to see what you mean to be the subject here.
A lot of this picture is dark and loses detail in the shadows, while the sky is overexposed and also has no detail.
I like the myriad of colors you have presented and I think the shot was worth a better score than you got. keep shooting and practicing your exposures, especially in natural light. |

| Each person is so small in the frame that it's hard to see what is the main subject. This is a very busy shot. The white sky is difficult to deal with and overpowering, as well. |

| This is a very busy scene - distractingly so. The lights (is that what they are?) draw my eyes away from the workers, 2 of whom are solidly in shadow and harm to make out in any case. I wonder if it could have been tightened in with a smaller crop, perhaps around the one person who is clearly-lit, at the end of the conveyer. |

| There's too much wasted dark space in the foreground, those lights look really interesting its a pity you couldn't get closer to the people to show more detail |

| May have been stronger to capture one or two people a little closer... I found it a little hard to identify what the subject was with all of the surroundings. |
