 Instead of the "tried and true" face shot, I decided to go for the hands. Also, I know I don't have perfect smooth skin or well manicured hands, hence the title. I'll probably bomb in the voting, but that's alright. Can't wait to hear comments. =-D

Used Elements to adjust hue, rotate and remove color. Used Graphic Converter to sharpen.

Hey! Erin, out of 222 it came out 135....not very bad...as you were afraid of ;)

From my part...I always thought for any portrait images...if you are not interested in showing full face.....at least show your mouth or nose or eyes....that's how I love portriats :)

Anyway...your skin texture is not that smooth over here.....but hands are alright...but it would be better if there was some long nails :D

What is so imperfect about this pic? Nice play of light and shadow. The crop is a little unbalanced though, I would have taken it more to the left.

This is nice, but doesn't hold my interest, perhaps because the lighting is not dramatic enough? I'm not sure why.

For a title of imperfect, I was expecting to see some imperfection in there somewhere, but was unable to do so. All looks fine from here :)

Very honest! I like the composition and the texture of skin. Lighting seems a little harsh but that may be deliberate?

I love this, overexposure on the fingers detracts slightly from a great image.
