| well, I marked this low at first because I did not think their were 'kids' in dp challenge, i thought maybe an adult took this shot of you. But in discovering that their ARE kids participating, i owe you an apology. This shot is clear, has nice colors, and is interesting. good job. |

| Hi! You look so serious! I like the way the blue eyes contrast with the orange sweatshirt. I like it that you are holding some carpenter's tools, and not just said, "I want to be a carpenter" with no tools. You did a very good job in focusing on your face. I think it would have been nice if you could have gotten the leaves (towards the top right) out of the picture. Good job! ~7 |

I think a portrait should reveal some character, or emotion of the model, by showing expression in eyes or other facial features. Did your picture accomplish that? yes
artistic/creativity? ok
Technical? ok...focus is a little soft
Overall? Ok...good idea, but is this really you??? I didn't know we had children participating here. |

| I find the way that the background angles as it goes further into the background a bit distracting. i'm going to be so interested in seeing who everyone is. I didn't know we had so many kid photographers. Focus and clarity of you is very nice. I love the bright vivid colors as well. Nice shot! I like the addition of the tools as well. Nice touch. |
