I am certain there will be some that complain about the noise, the ball being blurry, and cropping of #17's head. For me though, the noise adds a sense of roughness and cold which depict the situation, the blurry ball adds motion, and the cropping of the head extenuates how high this young man was in the air. I guess I will only know what the general public feels on these when the jury returns :)

Aah, the randomizer left the best images for last! Iam so glad I went through all the images! And, the inevitable comment - where is the top of his head? It would have been OK to cut him off if there was e.g. a goal in the frame or something more interesting, but this way it's really missing. Still, 7.

two points, one you cropped your main athletes head
two I don't care what the other athletes are doing, I want to see the main subjects expressions, comp could be better, color good, b&w good, texture nice, good shutter
