For me, there is too much plain darkness at the top and the bottom of the frame.

with nothing quite in focus my eye keeps jumping around for a subject. It's a nice idea though, but not pulled off.

nice how the glass collects the view and focuses it...
i would like to see less black and more focus on the view from the glass.

to improve on this image you might put more black in the black channel under selective color. try it & you will get a much deeper image with your light standing out much more.
