What a fun challenge. I never would have thought to take a picture like this but for this particular challenge. But I'm so glad I did because I really like it alot. I got several others that I like a lot too, but this one was the clearest and most crisp. I took it one day at lunch at the San Antonio Zoo -- my favorite lunch place :)

HEE HEE - looks like he has a touch of red lipstick!!! Love the cool greens and blues of this shot. The water makes it almost ethereal whereas ol Grumpy Man, is tack sharp!!! Good one.

Wow! This is a such a neat water picture. It meets this challenge perfectly. The title goes so well with your photo. This fish does look a little grumpy to me. Excellent job technically. Great Job, 10

The good: interesting perspective on the fish, the water distorted it in an interesting way.
To work on: the rest of the picture isn't too inspiring. You did about as much as you could with this shot, but your subject keeps you from soaring.

I know first hand how hard this is to do. Nice colors here.

The face really stands out as being sharp with the rest of the frame appearing distorted. Well done. The colours are great, too.

Not an exciting fish but very well taken, I'm sure it was hard to get enough light and get a good DOF and avoid reflections and untidy BG.

the natural haze of the water gives this photo a look of motion, I think I'm dizzy now. Great phish foto ;)
