Having just finished carving our pumpkins, this was taken using the "Night Portrait" automatic "Scene" setting. 2 second exposure. Totally unintended but fun effect. "Incendio" is spell used in Harry Potter to catch stuff on fire. Taken a day too early for the Great Pumpkin Carving challenge. Curves, USM, and NI.

PLEASE, please, please write up a "How'd they do that"
Really cool pic
I used the "Night Portrait" automatic scene setting on my camera, which took the shot with a 2-second exposure and auto flash with redeye reduction (fires after short delay). I wish I could say it was planned but it wasn't - ignorant serendipity I guess.
The white balance seems to be off - the skin tones (on the kids especially) are too pale.A tighter crop (that would place these guys all in front of the wall, without the clutter on the right side) would have been much better.
HOW did you do that! This is amazing. The thumbnail is deceiving. It looks fairly ordinary. . . but then when you look at the photo and see this -- it's awesome :) good luck.
