Hey guys, thanks for all the positive comments btw. This was like my first picture I've ever taken properly with a digital camera. If you anted a brief explanation, I put two pieces of cardboard either side of the coins and then removed them in syncronisation with the timer on my camera. I do agree with you all about the background though, it is a bit dull and badly made what with the obvious gap between the wall and floor and the pieces of dust! |

These English pennies are making me home-sick! Only kidding =;-) They almost look posed because they are so 'frozen in time'. Simple but attractive. |

Try a a curved black backdrop next time and be aware of dust specs, they always show up in macro shots! |
