I think this looks great, very artistic shot, soft but still vibrant even with out colour, so cool!

This is definite a picture out of the blue, unique so to say. It was wise desaturating some of the colours, I think it adds extra emphasis on the wind. Fits the challenge theme well.

Holy crap: I think we have a winner. The only 10 I've given so far. This is just brilliant. You take an excellent photograph, and manage to meet the guidelines of the challenge, by making (very) creative use of shutter-speed. Great.
