wonderful DOF and composition--one of the best in this challenge--wish the bee was a little sharper but nonetheless, it's a fantastic capture

I like the sharpness of the bee with the flower in the background. Really adds to the pic. Nice capture. :)

Winner of the Best Bee Award. It appears he's still in flight, so this would have been a good 'shutterspeed' entry too.

7 - Good shot, the better of the 'busy bees' in my opinion. Criticism; if possible, a slightly tighter crop, especially eliminating that dark area bottom left, and also placing the bee 'off centre' may have made this better in my opinion. Like to see the bee 'sharper', more defined, but I know how difficult it is - good wing capture though. Not sure on the coloring, but especially the tinting in the wings and the orange pollen, if you had changed the colors or 'toning', would likely have lost that so not sure.
