Dang! I didn't realize those basic challenges were exclusive. Well, my "Delicate" submission is better, so this one never got to compete in the "Light on White" challenge.
Anyway, the story is that my wife has two of these amazing little glass unicorns from her trip to Murano, Italy. This one is just 9cm (horn to tail), the other one is less than half that size. That one definitely fits the definition of "delicate"!
The lighting is exactly the same for these two photos, but for postprocessing I started this one by decreasing the contrast and bringing the black-point up as far as it goes in PhotoShop RAW-convert. Then some curves adjustments and NoiseNinja (with sharpening), and a slight crop.
