It's a nice scenic picture. You may want to crop it in the future if the date/time stamp is showing. Good luck to you.

Okay, trying not to be harsh.
First: dude, turn your date off. or at least crop it out.
Second: Your composition is okay, but it needs a central subject (meaning focus point, not a subject in the middle)
Third: In landscapes, horizons should be completely straight.
Fourth: using bright/contrast on this could improve the color quality immensely.

Get rid of the date/time - looks very amateur with that in the corner. No main subject here, and not a very interesting landscape shot. Horizon isn't level. I'm sorry I can't find many nice things to say about this! - But I'm just giving my honest opinion.

Would have been a 5 but you left your date in view. I would have cropped it out-I don't think it would have detracted from the pic as much as the date does.

Can you not remove the date? The picture would be better without it, imo.

I am certain the Black Sea is as delicate ecosystem as any. Your phot doesn't say that to me. I appears to be a 'postcard' picture, I came here and saw this, and here's the picture. Perhaps if there was more story to it. Also the date really doesn't help.

I understand your approach with the Black Sea being delicate in your opinion. Cool, gotcha.

The image composition is nearly correct by including the foreground grass as you have and the beach waterline makes a nice diagonal line. One thing you missed was the orientation as the image is tilted - needs to be rotated CW about 2 degrees to straighten the horizon.

Something you may want to consider is the time of day for this photo. Being mid-afternoon the lighting is flat and the sky is hazy. A UV filter on your camera would help the haze and a polarizer could bring out the clouds a little more. If your camera can't use filters then timing is even more critical. Early or late day sun will cast some shadows and give more depth to the image, especially the foreground in this case. If none of the above options are available then in post-processing add some contrast and play with highlights/shadows some...

Oh BTW - don't forget to turn off the date/time stamp! ;^) Good luck in the challenge.

the date/time thing is distracting, I don't see anything here that is really delicate, the Black Sea, for example, has been on earth perhaps thousands of years...it's a symbol of endurance rather that anything delicate

You should take the date off of your photo and maybe try enhanching your image before submitting it.

increasing the contrast and sharpness would make this picture look better.

Malul Marii Negre a ajuns destul de delicat ...., altfel nu prea vad delicatetea
