It looks like I'm sad in the photo, but my eyes are actually irritated from staying up all night drawing. After going through several photos, I picked this one because I thought this was the most emotive.

Light provided by halogen desk lamp. Duotone and curve adjustments in Photoshop.

The reflection on your forehead is distracting with this color choice, but I like the moodiness of the picture.

Great portrait... my only nit here (which you have probably heard before) is that the t-shirt under the sweatshirt is a bit distracting. Otherwise, it's a great shot.

Your title and expression make me want to hug you! The catchlights in your eyes look like tears.... or maybe my over-active imagination is supplying that notion. Anyway, this is a great shot, and I hope you generally feel more upbeat.

Nice moody lighting. I do find that the reflecting light in the small line on the forehead a bit distracting though

IMO it is too dark and your eyes with the white points on it does look OK and this type of shot.
