I wish you hadn't flipped the image, also not fond of the color you used for the border. the brown kinda makes it look dull/sullen. Parhaps a 2-tone border of white-black?

first i thought the picture was blurry but now i understand it's upside down.i don't quite know why u did it this way but it's pretty original so i'll give u an 8

If the goose is the subject, it should be in sharp focus. Whites are blown.

This photo is out of focus and I can't see the water as much as I would need to to give it a high score.
