Creative approach: reflecting moonlight in clouds. But also lights in the water. Very nice.

Neat idea and the couds and moon offer a little something extra. However, the moon area is too hot causing it to be distracting and a general loss of detail. Next time maybe try to set your exposure on the moon and compensate down a little.

not sure what caused that grid pattern over the water, but the image also seems to have alot of noise.
