 This is a stack of 3 6-minute shots with the camera piggy-backed on my telescope while it tracks with the sky. A dark frame was subtracted from each of the 3 images to eliminate hot pixels and amp glow. A digital flat field was also generated and subtracted.

This is a shot of the Milky way centered on the constellation Cygnus. The bright star Deneb can be seen in the upper right. Just above this star the pinkish glow of the North American Nebula can be seen. Some additional pink nebulosity can bee seen toward the middle of the frame, as well as several dark nebulae blocking out the starlight of our galaxy.
