 The morning of this shot everything was perfect - the lighting, the stillness of the water, the fall colors. Very little post-procesing was needed. Levels, a tad bit USM, and a simple black border was all that was done here.

Great photo. Love how the wated affects the saturation of the colours differently. Deep blue sky in the water, but the actual sky is lighter. Muted trees in the water, but rich and vivid colour in the actual trees.
And the perfect smoothness of the water adds to the sharp detail of the dead wood.

Great vivid colors. I like the complementary aspect of them. I didn't vote on this one. With two challenges going on, I can't seem to get to them all any more. Nice clear capture!! Congrats on the top 25

i like how this picture has all the driftwood sticking up in it. it really makes this picture stand out from all the other landscape reflections in the challenge. i like it!

I love the colors and the wood in the water, adds depth and is more interesting. I would have liked to see more of the water in the picture instead of the actual sky, I like the color of the sky reflection better. Nice picture.

The sky is blue and the reflection bluer. I like it. Crystal clear trees would make it a postcard shot for the area. The colors are nice.
