I like the arch, but there doesn't seem to be a subject. To me this looks more like a background than a subject. Maybe because I am always taking pictures of people? I still would have cropped in a little closer.

I love all the great arches throughout Arches National Park, and this is a good shot of Delicate Arch. My only suggestion would be possibly cloning out the few people, then increasing the contrast. I think that would give the image some nice punch and saturate the colors as well.
