All of us were out in the horse pasture "recording" a rocket launch. My wife was goofing around with her daughter for the video camera, singing, dancing, etc... This image is the reaction to the "review" of what was just recorded.

I had the wide angle converter on to try and capture something interesting with the rocket launch. That didn't work out (the rocket did tho - WOW!), but I'm glad I was snapping away at these two. ;^)

It was a gray, overcast day, so the sky had no detail and I have zero filters that fit my lens converter. ;-( Starting messing around with this photo and kind of liked the end result. Probably will get hit about the noise (first time I've EVER intentionally added noise). The horse in the background could be distracting as well as the dog at the bottom...oh well, I like it!

The tilted image was taken as is, on purpose - again something different, just goofing around. In the end I like the way my wife's face is near vertical - puts the focus there first, then to my stepdaughter - after that your eyes can wander as they wish. ;^)

That's my story for this one. He-he.

You have captured their happiness here and from that point of view its great. I am not sure I like the angle though but that is just a matter of taste. To bad the dog is cut off, I might have preferred it if the crop was a little lower.

I'm sure this is your family, but the composition and colors don't work well here. It looks like you guys were having a lot of fun, tho! Good luck!

Cute, but I don't care for the tilt or the grain.

this is a bit too grany for my taste.

Great capture. Love the tilted approach which adds to the feeling of motion. Shame you lost the dog.

I smiled when I first saw your photo. It looks like the participants were having lots of fun. I like the angle too. I'm not a big fan of grain, but I like your choice of tones.

Looks like a fun time! The sky is a bit blown and its a bit grainy but I like the way you angled to get it wider.

I like this... I think it is unique and different... and you made it a much more dynamic photo by not shooting a dead on photo with the fence straight in the background. The sepia is an interesting choice and it makes it look like an old style photo if it weren't for the camera and video camera in the photo! I can see a lot of fun here... like a family outing to take photos and videos... My only wish was that I could see the whole dog within the frame... although I actually like the fact that the ladies' feet aren't in it. Good luck with this... DPCers tend to not look kindly on unique shots... -8- from me :-).
