Thrasher is better.

Very nice shot. I like the angle you took, although I would be curious to see it from slightly to the left and further down looking up at the boarder. I also kinda wish there wasn't any blur, but that's just me. Still, very cool. Spectators work well.

FOCUS problems

Nice capture, would have liked to see more of the skateboarder fill the frame, instead of the surrounding concrete. I think maybe a side angle would have workeed better too, then we could have seen his legs spread out, whereas now, that front leg looses its dimension.

Great mid air catch! I would have liked to have seen the shutter speed just a little bit faster to keep the kids hand in focus. I like the way the people are all sitting there watching him... might have been cool to have the two at the end watching and the two with the skateboards both doing some sort of trick. It looks like there is tons of space at the bottom but not a lot at the top, I think I would have liked a little more room at the top for type. I also think zooming in on the kid, and getting him more in the picture and less cement might have been more dramatic.

Would like to see a more close-up shot with better lighting. Good idea. Not-so-great execution.

nice action shot stopping the action in mid-air. i would have liked the image a little more zoomed in on the skater.

"Local Skateboarding" would have been a better title. There are 2 things that I really like in this shot - 1. The use of space below the jumping boy. There's a dynamic movement here. 2. The line of heads drawing us through the frame.

I LIKE THIS ,BUT I THINK IT SHOULD BE CROPPED ON THE LEFT SIDE, JUST TO EDGE OF THE WALL, NEXT TO THE BLONDE KID.
