The other ones I tooks didn't turn out right. Oh well. Hoping for the best.

I really think the voters missed the boat on this one. To me, this is a modern day Norman Rockwell type of capture (even though he was a painter). Great Job! Keep up the courage.

Really think the border is distracting, especiall with the lines in the photo already it sort of distracts my eyes.

OM Gosh this so reminds me of a place I used to go every Sunday when I was still living in South Africa. Brings back good memories. Good luck.

i love the fact that he's got his shoes off. it's an unexpected element that really endears this photo to me.

Oh this is a superb submission for this challenge - the first I've seen so far that attempts to capture the subject. The title, the composition, the light, the awesome DOF, the intervention of the rail and its detail work and your post production colouring ... all are just remarkable. I'll stick my neck out and say Ribbon.
