Excellent detail and soft background. Texas wildlife ranch, lucky you being so close!

Good sharp image, and a nice part of your world...the shadows really make this a stronger image, good work....10

What Personality! He is looking right at you. I love the movement from his hair blowing in the wind. I wish I had this handsome Ram in my back yard. This photo IMO is technically flawless. It has great depth of field, wonderful color, and an awsome subject. I am awarding this image my first 10 as a new dpc member. Think that I will go CELEBRATE ! Congratulations on a job well done.

what a back yard you must have. My only complaint / isssue is the slight clip off of the horn. I would have liked to see a few more feet above the Ram's (?) head. 7

Do you have a zoo in your back yard? Or you're just lucky enough to really have creatures like this come to you? Too bad you cut his horn off!

Great texture and sharpness, from the glint in it's eye to the blowing beard. I like the close crop, focuses on the subject and not any distracting background. Good work!

What an awesome capture. I love the clarity of his eyes. The wind blowing his beard (or whatever you call that thing on his chest) gives it a sense of movement. Great DOF.
