| the vetical blinds in the background detract from the dear john letter. overall I liked the creativity of the theme. |

| An interesting concept. Vertical blinds make a distracting backdrop, though. I think it would be better composed with a closer crop and better angle on the letter (maybe so the viewer could read "Dear John"). |

| My first reaction...awwwww, poor guy. Yours is one of those photos that tells me a story - or I can conjure one up. I like it. Good lighting and composition. Hope you do well in the challenge. 8 |
