Very beautiful. Only problem see how the base of the statue lines up pretty close with the horizon? A higher or lower POV would fix that.

A rule of thirds? Hmmm... Maybe... but I think the beautiful red sun is the point of this picture and therefore should be a bit another place. But I like this.

Generally to make a shot more appealing in such situation, try and cut back the flash or any from of front light, and by metering for the backlight will give you a beautiful silhouette....good effort, beautiful colors
