The blur in the foreground is too busy and overpowers what could have been a pretty picture.

Blurry flowers in the front are hard on the eyes. I like the idea of the photo.

Your main subject has ended up in the top right quarters of the shot and with no thirds, it's impact is lost. The foreground flowers are probably better cropped out

Beautiful picture. Colors are great and it looks interesting because you used rule of thirds.

Nice use of thirds (as well as depth of field) to focus on the subject. Flowers in forground that are out of focus take up a large part of the frame though. Not sure why I should pay attention to the one flower and not the others.
