I like the reflections and the bird's wing does fall into one of the intersecting points. Bumping up after second look. |

This 'fellow' appears to have attitude. Your perspective gives a feeling of water running down-hill and to the left. |

The ripples in front of the goose's beak is distracting as it seems to blend with his beak. |

I think the eyes should be at a 1/3 intersection point. I would also like this better with less glare on the water. |

I think this missed the mark a bit. The bird seems to sit in the top quarter of the image. The beak kinda blends in with the water. I like the tilt though. |

Rule of the thirds? I don't see it, I think the swan is more in the middle of the pic. |
