Good job with a challenging lighting condition. The balloon obviously is the main subject and is well composed, in focus, and exposed right on. The hard part (IMO, and I have no experience with this type of shot) would be getting the exposure correct of the people working underneath the balloon. Nice capture. Looks like a fun event...more pics to come soon I'll bet! ;^)
