1st entry, tada! i now hold a much greater amount of respect for those of you who manage to enter these challenges on a weekly basis. not only for the capturing of such amazing shots, but the processing time it must take to perfect them.

On the most part this is a good image, your white balance is correct and the main subject is nicely in focus but the yellow light reflection on the base of statue is distracting and I think the background is too busy. Maybe a better depth of field would have blurred it enough to keep the attention on the statue.

love the figure but she gets lost in the busy background. good colour and clarity, meets challenge

You need much more contrast in this photo to brighten the statue so that it stands out from the background. Show us its true colors.

Well placed. Looks to be in the shade with not much variation in tone. Mostly midtones without definate highlights or shadows. Lots of stuff in the background a little distracting.
