 Channel mixer and curves to convert to BW.
Crop, save as tiff and send to NI. Highly de-noised.
Resized, USM (for contrast), gaussian blur (faded), added border.

can't make up my mind about this one! sky is unsettling to the eye, trees are fantastic. holographic feel to it all and certainly meets challenge.

WOW. This is beautiful. Love the sky and clouds and am surprised at how nice it looks in b/w. Really great image, wish I could vote higher than 10.

Nice use of black and white, great contrast and tonal range, highlights to shadows. Placement of the boat is a bit low and to the left of the 1/3 intersection. Clouds seem to have some blur to them while water and trees are sharp.
