This was taken at 11:23am mid september Yes I did use a polariser and also boosted the contrast and brightness in PS

Wow - what a statement! Just love the warm tones of the stone against that rich blue. Your prespective of being down low on the ground really gives the building more of a majestic sense. It is beuatiful.
