Initial Impression:
I like candid shots very much, so I found this quite interesting. This photo begs to be studied & raises all sorts of questions: Where are these people? Why are they facing opposite ways? What are the ladies so intently looking at? Quite intriguing!

Composition:
I think this is composed fairly well. I don't think the pillar & background is distracting, as one commenter said, but I am a little put off by the people being so low in the frame. The gentleman is abruptly cut off & shoved in the corner. If the people filled the frame more, it would not seem as strange - but maybe it would not be as mysterious....

Color/Tone:
The tone is good, but not great. I would like a little more contrast, I think. Much of the photo is of the same grey tone and some more gradation would make it not seem like a still from a videotape (I hope that makes sense...)

Focus/Exposure:
The exposure is great - nothing blown out & nice detail in the gentleman's dark sweater & the ladies' white hair. The focus seems a little soft on the women, so perhaps a little deeper depth of field would have made them sharper.

Title:
Very well done on the title. It really adds to the mystery, and is humorous, too!

Meets the Challenge:
Well... maybe. I don't really get a sense of any of the figures "heading" to a destination, so I fear that you may have lost points for that with voters. One could argue that they have already reached their destination, but that's probably pushing it.

Summary:
Personally, I love the shot. I find that I'm appreciating candid photos more & more - I love the thrill of stumbling upon a scene that just clicks. I think it's an acquired taste, though, and I've found that candid shots have an uphill battle against the swelling army of DPC voters who value bright & shiny photos over those which require more thought & reflection.

I like the idea and love the expression, but the column and upper half of the picture are distracting.

Interesting photo, the B&W works well here, the connection to the challenge theme seems a bit weak.

Your title and photo produced a wry smile. I like the concept. Good use of black and white.

I really like this picture. I am not sure I understand what your destination is.
