Editing: Crop, levels, very slight amount of Virtual Photograhper Ambiance filter, noise removal, more constrast, dodge & burn background hills a bit, resize, unsharp mask, save for web.
I don't know if anyone ever reaches Total Enlighenment - at least in this lifetime. Hopefully, I'll be farther along the road each year I'm here on this earth. It seems like you gain more on the road to enlightenment the older you get; sometimes, you can stride miles in a day. When you're young it seems like it can take years to travel a single step.
This was taken on the road between Manassa and San Luis, Colorado - looking towards Manassa. It is such a deserted road - hardly a soul travels on it. It makes one wax philosophical just to drive on it. Took the picture while the setting sun was reflecting on the road. |
